OASIS is not only an abstract management system, it encompasses the entire education management process and is capable of collecting entire session proposals. The Session Submission Tool provides a flexible form for collecting session data, chair and organizer information, and individual speaker data, including abstracts, biographies and other information.

You can also use the session evaluation tool for your program committee to evaluate sessions and individual speakers. The session and presentation information is seamlessly integrated with the OASIS structure so you can use the programming, reporting, and publications tools with session data.

Once speakers have been proposed, the system can immediately and automatically notify that they have been suggested, and solicit additional information. The system also supports the ability to send a bulk notification to all suggested speakers after an established deadline.

Invitation

In addition to proposal invitations, speakers can be invited on an individual basis and placed into sessions at a later time. The invitation tool allows user to select who should be invited, what data to collect, and provide personalized service for these VIP members.
