OASIS allows associations to collect meeting evaluations and provide continuing education credit to attendees. The flexibility of the OASIS CEME Tool allows unique evaluations based on session type, unique questions based on registration type, and unique certificates based on registration type.

Moreover, the actual credit hours can be adjusted based on registration type to meet the particular reporting needs of your various accreditation bodies. The CME Tool is completely integrated with the OASIS system so that last minute speaker changes are instantly reflected in the CEME system.

OASIS professional services team will create back end reports that will fulfill all of your evaluation needs as well as provide multiple formats for ease of use. Tracking reports can be created to view CE credits by person and by session. An additional feature of the system supports the embargo of sessions so they can only be evaluated after they are completed and meet the guidelines of regulatory agencies.

Outcomes

To support the new ACCME requirements, OASIS has a new Outcomes Module that will allow you to begin basic Outcomes measurement from session attendees. The advantage of using OASIS is that all session and speaker information, including learning objectives, teaching points and other descriptive elements can be presented directly to the respondent. This essentially reconstitutes the session experience thereby increasing the likelihood of response and improving the validity of results.

OASIS also links the Outcomes responses back to the original session data which means you can know use this information in planning future sessions.
