Scheduling

The scheduling tools within OASIS are designed specifically to reduce the planning time and costs associated with the complex coordination of events and speakers. Many OASIS clients have migrated completely to a virtual planning session, thereby eliminating travel and housing costs for on-site meetings. Given the busy schedule of the VIP's involved in the scheduling process, the scheduling module adds tremendous value to the OASIS service.

The migration of a paper process to an online process is also a key result of the Scheduling module. By planning meetings within OASIS, associations will eliminate redundant, costly and error prone process of transcribing hand-written data into an electronic system.

Figure 1 below represents how users can visually organize a meeting. As sessions are dropped into the grid, they automatically take on the location and times from the database.
